Configuration Overview

The bio-alpha host acts as the primary remote computational node for heavy bioinformatics workflows. It connects to the k8s cluster and mounts huge storage pools over NFS and CIFS for raw research data.

• modules/hardware.nix: Hardware configuration.
• modules/storage.nix: Defines external storage mounts (NFS, CIFS).
• modules/forgejo.nix: Self-hosted Git service.
