Hi, I'm alienzj. I am a researcher and bioinformatics engineer dedicated to building tools for microbiome informatics and AI-powered scientific workflows.

Research & Work

My work centers on metagenomics and the development of robust, reproducible pipelines. I focus on Metagenome-Assembled Genomes (MAGs) and high-throughput data analysis.

I am a co-founder of OhMeta, where I develop tools like metapi, quantpi, rnapi, qiimepi, skillpi, and clawpi.

AI for Science

I am exploring how Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents can transform scientific discovery, specifically through workflow orchestration and automated data interpretation.
